Prohuis is developing for KFC & Burgerking their new branches at Sportlaan in Spijkenisse. Both restaurants are now open on Sportlaan in Spijkenisse. Construction company Vrolijk built the shell, after which KFC and Burger King did the finishing work themselves.
The KFC is 570m2 over 2 floors and the Burgerking is 380m2 over 1 floor. The total site will have a total of 78 parking spaces.
