Commissioned by the Municipality of Binnenmaas, the demolition of 16 existing homes, a playgroup and a soccer facility was carried out to make room for new plan development.
The work consisted of the inventory of the entire premises for the presence of asbestos-containing or asbestos-contaminated products or materials, drawing up a program of requirements for the request for demolition quotations, taking care of the quotation process complete with call for tenders and assessing the quotations, supervising the demolition work and carrying out the management during the entire project.
