The contracting agreement for the construction of 3 business/office units on Bornissestraat in Rotterdam has been signed with Molenschot Industriebouw.
The units each feature approximately 625 m2 GLA of commercial space, approximately 100m2 GLA of office space and 8 private parking spaces.
The luxurious and complete finish gives it a very modern look. Construction will begin in September 2023. We wish Joost Molenschot the best of luck!
