Ambacht-based company AmbiPack B.V. is moving from De Sandeling to circular business park Ambachtsezoom.
Ambachtezoom BV – a collaboration of Prohuis BV and Jan Tio Holding BV, among others – signed the purchase agreement for a business plot with Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht municipality yesterday.
The nearly 11,400-square-meter lot on Kringloopweg will feature a total of 5,210m2 of commercial space, 2,585m2 of office space and 140 parking spaces. Ambi Pack offers high-quality solutions in the areas of nutritional supplements, medical devices, cosmetics and medicines. Founded in 1998 by Jan Tio, the company is a true family business. It employs over 100 people, many of whom are from Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht or Zwijndrecht.
Ambi Pack is now located in business park De Sandeling in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. The company has thus found new and sustainable housing within its own community.
Director Bjorn Hollegien of Ambi Pack: “The move to Ambachtsezoom is a step necessary for us to further professionalize and grow. We now have about 15 addresses on De Sandeling. This is our chance to bring everything under one roof. That is much more efficient! Our customers also appreciate that we choose to have circular premises.”
