At Burgemeester Groeneveld de Katerstraat 52 through 66, new senior housing has been built by HW Wonen.
The eight ground-level senior housing units that previously stood on Burgemeester Groeneveld de Kater Street were demolished in early 2016. They have made way for eight new, life-sustaining 55-plus homes. The realization of these new senior housing units is part of the plan for more new construction in Maasdam.
