Prohuis is conducting the management of the construction of the Willemstoren at Willemsplein in Rotterdam on behalf of M3E.
At the foot of the Erasmus Bridge, the Willemstoren will be completed in mid-2018, a charming new 40-meter-high development that will house 76 city apartments, all rentals. The building explicitly targets residents with an urban lifestyle. There will be studios, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The lobby, traffic areas and terraces are designed as interconnected collective spaces with a hotel-like quality. They provide space for a consultation, party, picnic or barbecue.
The building is a design by IWT and Studio for New Realities architects. LSI Property Investment and Inspire Real Estate are developers of the building. Delta Lloyd will become owner (and manager) upon completion.
The Willemstoren is located in the Scheepvaartkwartier on Willemsplein, at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge and centrally located in Rotterdam. Willem Square owes its name to the visit of King William III on July 28, 1851.
