Prohuis is launching an iconic development called Port of Bergen Op Zoom. The plan consists of a Van der Valk Hotel *4 with approximately 140 rooms, Energy HUB (fuel, charging stations, LNG, CNG and Hydrogen) for DCB Berkel, McDonald’s (600m2) and a KFC (400m2). The total development will provide 450 workplaces within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. In the most favorable scenario, construction starts in September and we deliver in early 2020.
