Prohuis is developing the new commercial building for Boskalis in Vlaardingen. The dredger is leaving Moerdijk and will move to Deltaweg 150 in Vlaardingen in mid-2019. The new building consists of 17,800m2 of commercial space, 1570m2 of offices and 17 loading docks.
